We all have events that feel traumatic to us. Whether they're big or small doesn't matter, it's how they stay with us in our bodies and impact our present moments.

I use trauma focused and somatic therapies to help people heal from their past and move forward with purpose.

ISTDP, EMDR and IFS are the trauma therapies I use most often with clients who would like to integrate their past and feel more whole and present in their lives today.
