FEES
Initial Session:
Therapy will begin with an initial session where I ask a new client a wide range of questions to get to know them and to see if we are a good fit for working together. This time is for me to determine if I believe I can help you and if you feel that we could make a good team to work towards your goals.
The fee for this session is $240 for 60 minutes.
Individual Therapy:
After our first session, individual therapy sessions are 60 minutes and $215.00, 75 minutes and $270 or 90 minutes and $325
GROUP THERAPY:
Group sessions are 90 minutes long and $85.00.
Payment Information:
My practice works on a“fee-for-service” model, meaning that I ask for full payment at each session. I then provide detailed monthly receipts for my clients to submit to their insurance for reimbursement.
Insurance:
I am an out of network provider, which means most insurance companies accept and reimburse for my services based on their out of network benefits. I do not participate on any managed care insurance panels. Since payment is due at the time of service, I will provide a monthly statement for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Many plans will reimburse between 30 - 90% of costs after meeting a deductible, although plans vary and I cannot guarantee how much they will reimburse for you. Please check with your insurance company prior to scheduling.
Missed Sessions or Late Cancellations:
In order to both organize my practice and guarantee clients regular times, I schedule a single weekly (or biweekly) time slot for a client. Missed sessions are not billable to insurance and will be charged to the client. A charge of the full session is applied when appointments are missed or cancelled with less than 48 hours notice. Regarding a planning error or preventable miss, the 48 hour policy holds. Missed Session or Late Cancel Fees can be waived for emergency issues only.
