Initial Session:

Therapy will begin with an initial session where I ask a new client a wide range of questions to get to know them and to see if we are a good fit for working together. This time is both for me to determine if I believe I can be of help to you and if you feel that I could be someone you feel comfortable working with. If we don't feel like a good fit for working together I can provide additional referrals on request. The fee for this session is $170.

Individual Therapy:

After our first session, individual therapy sessions are 45 minutes and $135.00 or 60 minutes and $170.00. 


Group sessions are 90 minutes long and $60.00. 


Payment Information:

My practice works on a“fee-for-service” model, meaning that I ask for full payment at each session. I then provide detailed monthly receipts for my clients to submit to their insurance for reimbursement. 


I am an out of network provider, which means most insurance companies accept and reimburse for my services based on their out of network benefits. I do not participate on any managed care insurance panels. Since payment is due at the time of service, I will provide a monthly statement for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Many plans will reimburse between 30 - 90% of costs after meeting a deductible, although plans vary and I cannot guarantee how much they will reimburse for you. Please check with your insurance company prior to scheduling (questions to ask can be found in forms).

Missed Sessions or Late Cancellations:

Please note that I have a strict cancellation policy. I require at least 24 hours of advanced notice of you needing to miss or reschedule an appointment. Additional notice is greatly appreciated. If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
